He can role-play in front of the mirror and practice answering questions. This will help him get ready for the said event while boosting his social skills at the same time. Furthermore, he can modify his lifestyle. A lot of people become stressed because they lack relaxation and sufficient sleep. This is because they overwork themselves. So, in order to prevent anxiety attacks related to fatigue, one must take a day off and relax once in a while.
